Not me and Jane, but…well, it makes me laugh.

The fabulous Jane Lovering and I are doing another writing course – this time under the wings of the even more fabulous people from WriteStars Ltd.  It’s called  Love and Laughter. We’ve taken the previous courses we’ve done and rejigged them based on feedback from the people who came on those courses. There will be lots of talking, some practical exercises, a good amount of feedback and Hobnobs (there must always be Hobnobs).

In case it helps you decide, here’s what people who’ve been on our other courses had to say:

“It was well structured and you both know your stuff. It covered areas I enjoyed – and wanted.” John, from York

“All the ladies enjoyed themselves [at the Romantic Comedy Workshop]. We’ve had a lot of positive feedback.” Beverley Literature Festival

“I found the workshop day really helpful and thoroughly enjoyable. The small group size meant there was plenty of time to discuss individual issues” Emily, from Harrogate

” It clarified my thinking about topics like point of view and especially ‘showing  not telling’ which have been bugging me for some time. I like your friendly ‘can do’ attitude.” Anne, from East Riding

So, if you want to come to a writing course with some very practical advice from two romantic comedy writers, then come along on the 21st of May. Here are the details:
